KN had an update this morning on Richard Jibunor. Good news is source thinks AU is clear team to beat. Bad news is he might not commit still for a bit as he wants to visit a few more places. Really hoping we could get him on board before season starts

2020 QB Robby Ashford visited AU recently & KN has an update. Sounds like it went really well. Says he loved everything about AU and really liked Chip Lindsey. Says he has four offers right now from UGA, Missouri, Illinois and Jacksonville State. Thinks AU might offer soon. He's the 2nd or 3rd string for Hoover going into fall camp so might not get a ton of varsity snaps. He says we will be one his top schools when it's all said & done.

No surprise but 4* WR Jacob Copeland just committed to UF. Him and Jamarr Chase make for a pretty ridiculous 1-2 punch at WR in this class

Would be huge. Him plus Shedrick plus Ross in this class and then Perkins plus somebody next year, damn fine job from Kodi et al if he can pull it off.

This season is so damn important. I think there's a bunch of guys that would love to jump on board or at least would be much more willing to give AU a hard look if they new there was some coaching stability and that AU is going to be a consistent contender. Not even consistent champion, just a team that's in the conversation every year
The 2019 class just might be the most loaded class of all time, at a minimum it looks like GA, LA and AL are going produce a ton of elite talent. Big season this year would really help us close strong this year and be in a good position with guys next season

FWIW MikeCb says if we get Fields then Nix will be a Nole in the next class.

I am on the fence about this. I want to see what we do with JS, because I would put Nix in that mold.
