I just saw something on 247 about Lashlee spending 12hours with the kid. Met family and even girlfriend
Of course article says stidham really loves Lashlee and will most likely come if Lashlee is here

Lashlee spent 12 hrs with him. Went extremely well. A&M is not recruiting Stidham at all at this time.
The feeling is as long as Lashlee is at Auburn, Stidham will also be there.
Taylor Hamm (A&M mod who talks regularly with Stidham) flipped his CB to Auburn.

The crazy thing to me is A&M hasn't even called him to say they have moved on. Mazzone said they would contact him Wednesday night then just stopped all contact. The lease u could do is have Sumlin call him and tell him he isn't a take

Lasted 10-12 hours. Rhett Lashlee is his best friend now pretty much. If Lashlee moves on he probably won't come to Auburn.

That's the hope. The issue is for his whole recruitment focus has been on QB first and that's why he chose us. UGA/UF have been pitching defense. So he has better relationship with their defensive coaches than ours. Not saying it's done deal just AU now has to completely flip how they recruit him.
Also he has visited UGA 3 straight times and hasn't been in AU for few months. I honestly wouldn't consider him a commit at this point
