I'm sure everyone in this thread is a neurosurgeon with tons of down time to goof off on the Internet.
I don't think anyone was bashing him. I certainly wasn't.

quote:You would actually be surprised at the number of jobs that could open up. Several federal government agencies have their own libraries. CDC has a main library on site in Atlanta and branch libraries in NIOSH offices in Cincy, Pittsburg and Morgantown, WV. National Institutes of Health also has its own library.
So I'll probably become the schools librarian in the near future.
The librarians are the ones who run the database searches for researchers doing systematic reviews of literature.
The researchers tell the librarian what info they need then the librarian builds the search queries and searches various databases. The end result is a report of articles/journals/abstracts that are given back to the researcher who then reads the abstracts and decides which articles to pull to use in their study.

I didn't take it negatively at all. It's pretty much the reaction I get all the time.
If relocation was an option I would be all for some of those jobs.
Family also has a business I'm about to become a partner in, money would be too good to turn that opportunity down. Plus, it's a fun job.

Sadly, MLIS degrees are consistently considered the worst valued degrees to pursue. Worked in HR for OSU Libraries, the amount of entry level applicants for $14/HR jobs with MLIS degrees was sad.

We should really get this back on track. This thread is too new to divert

It was basically the easiest masters course available, supposedly.
So I'll probably become the schools librarian in the near future.
You should have looked at U of Montevallo for a Master's of education.
Good luck running the year book in the near future.

That's pretty much my plan. I enjoy doing things like that. Plus, no more lesson plans/grading papers.
Uhhhhh. So about football recruiting.

I see we picked right on up with the lack of news from the 16 thread.

By doing what? Anyone can read a paysite, and get their info.
What will this thread offer, besides a ton of inaccuracies, bitching, and shooting of messengers? (Of course we will have all the half-breeds with their uat skins, trying to convince us they really are AU fans at heart) Beyond that what?

You must buy a lot of tin foil every year for your hat making hobby.

Talking about your loyalty. You have no idea what it REALLY means to be an AU fan.
Some of you just happened to be taking classes when Cam happened. Don't insult those of us who filled JHS the years prior.

What does it mean to be loyal?
Do you go to every Auburn basketball game?
Do you go to every Auburn gymnastic meet?
Do you go to 75%+ Auburn baseball & softball games?
I watched every minute of Auburn football in 2012. I continue to suffer through every 20+ basketball loss and never turn off or leave early.
So tell me you pretentious prick, how can I be more loyal? Should I not be critical of people like Chizik in 2012 who was taking a talented team and going 3-9?
