quote:And get this, he is OVing SCe next weekend which is odd since Boom did not think he was physical enough & they did not know where to play him.
Looks like Stephen Davis Jr. is back in play. He will OV this weekend

USCe needs all the help they can get... their overall talent is shite

I am cool with that. I remember when people weren't sure about Jayron Kearse and now he's starting at safety in the national championship
Is interesting Boom might want him now. Wonder if that is more cuz he wants to start locking in talent in South Carolina

One name I want to hear about is EJ Price
Very weird recruitment. Seems like every month the story on him changes. Personality risk then not. Grade risk then not. Some team in front then not in top 3. No idea where he ends up at

Probably an indicator at the overall talent at USCe. With that said it should be easy for the new staff to sell him on coming here and using the fact that Muschamp didn't want him while he was here against him.

Notes on Josh Uche from ITAT
AU likes him @ WDE & LB
50 tackles & 14 sacks this season
OV AU this weekend
Also has OVs to Bama, UF, & Michigan this month (getting 4 January OVs w/ upper level P5 schools tells me he has a lot of potential despite the mid level 3* ranking.)

Lowell Narcisse just decommitted... per KN

I wonder if Clemson could be a factor

LNs health has to be a concern for anyone who wants to take him.... I'm not saying we cut him loose, just that he's a big time risk, given his history.

Any update on Calvin Ashley?

I knew he wouldn't stick but his abilities as a DT QB were impressive.

We just tool a qb that we knew needed elbow reconstruction.

All the more reason to feel confident in a guys health before signing him.
Again, it doesn't sound like we cut him loose... looks like he made the decision. Just something to keep in mind before everyone gets all bummed out....

I'd be fine selling out on the Nick Marshall DT QBs of the world if we don't get the Deshaun Watson level QBs. Think of all the Lamar Jacksons, Nick Marshall, Justin Thomas and Allen Iversons of the world.
-Good arm
-Super athletic
-More athlete than QB
Just own the dual threat and give up on pocket QBs

he's a big time risk, given his history.
