Cal's offense would obviously showcase that better than ours.

Nah. Cal's OFFENSE just showcase anything. Goff is what makes that offense look good. The kid is insanely talented and could make just about any offense look good.

Most good juco QBs signed with power five schools out of high school... Marshall, mettenburger, cam, chad kelly.

The juco QBs we've signed that didn't sign with p5 schools... Todd and Daniel Cobb.... both average at best.

Let's take your argument of SW > all juco to the logical extreme to realize how absurd it is. If Cam Newton was in JUCO would you offer him a scholarship or go with SW? In hindsight the obvious answer is "yes" but right now your risk aversion would lose us talent.

If he visits, fits in with the team and has the talent to win us games the coaches should bring the guy (at any position) in to play for us. If Sean White is better for the team, Sean White will start over him. It is simple

Ignoring that the best QB in the NFL Aaron Rodgers' only offers were JUCO out of HS, Marshall on that list didn't have any major QB offers out of HS.

Want to know the common trend on those guys? All of them were kicked out of school for off the field issues.

Marshall - Theft
Mett - Sex offender
Cam - Theft /Academic Dishonesty
Kelly - TPOS

Is this some sort of sly shot at UGA or are you just ignorant?

So now we are comparing Davis to one of the best QBs to ever play the game? For every example you give like this, I could probably find thousands that are just the opposite. I'm not saying Davis isn't a stud, because he looks like he is, but let's slow down here before we award him the second coming, considering he doesn't even have an offer from us yet, and only has 1 offer period. I think by now you guys would have learned that with JJ.

There just aren't a ton of super talented JUCO QBs. That shouldn't be surprising given that most QBs don't find their way into JUCO

This kid though appears to be ultra talented, he chose the Air Force Academy (and left on good terms) and he may be a great fit for our offense.

If he comes in and is the best, we upgraded, if he comes in and isn't great he likely won't be a cancer/talented enough to play other positions.

Win.Win.

You keep saying this like it is true. But the evidence we have says it is not.

Nothing wrong with a player going to Air Force. Shows he is smart. And they rub the triple option so he can run the football. Sign him up, we need qb.

The evidence has always shown that Gus favors established players with seniority. You've complained about that up and down this board. So in what world would the returning starter in his 3rd year at AU not have seniority over the JUCO transfer?

The only way Sean White loses his job at QB if we bring in Evans is if Evans is clearly the superior player.

If you are worried we don't play Evans if he deserves it, that is no different than the status quo anyways.

Another day another low 3* DL JUCO Crystal Ball for Auburn, we are going to be so nasty up front the next two years. Can't wait!

Some dumb UGA fan on teh SEC Recruiting board was saying Kyle Davis would make a "Huge Mistake" by coming to Auburn

Had to show him that every year under Malzahn except 2011 Auburn has had better seasons from both their #1 & #2 WRs.

That is even when SEC Record Holder QB Aaron Murray was on slinging the ball around

His film is much better than Swain. He has a decent swim move, looks to shed blockers and plays mean.

From a Rutgers Insider. For the millionth time since it did not come from an AU 247 reporter or a 247 team reporter directly in the recruitment the pick has 0 value. AKA not worth mentioning or posting.
