and take a dump on a long term committed/talented legacy. We, as Auburn fans, bitch about legacies not coming to Auburn but we take an awful lot of shits on the ones that want to come play for us.

Not really.

Maryland just fired their coach and Miami could fire Golden any day now. That would help a lot with McCloud

Kipp Adams of Dawgs 247 thinks that #1 WR Kyle Davis picks AU on the 23rd (his commitment date) but ends up elsewhere. Keith recently changed his crystal ball from UGA to cloudy (unsure).

Davis loves our offense(lulz) and Coach Craig. It's been rumored for a while that UGA may be third behind AU and UT but Keith was never buying that. I'm kinda with Kipp on this one. Even though he commits in a few weeks I think his recruitment will be far from over.

Auburn has some appeal to certain types of WRs. If you are a legit deep threat, 95% of our passes are play action hitting you downfield. Guys like Sammie Coates are made for Auburn's O

Kyle Davis seems to be closer to Duke Williams in athleticism, I imagine we just showed him Duke tape and said "You'll be 'our guy' on 3rd down"

Allie Davison says that 4* Tramonda Moore OT from Oklahoma is trying to schedule an OV

-6'5-6'6 330lb (height +- 1 in depending on site)
-Composite #186, #20 OT, #1 player in Oklahoma

- Oklahoma? We're recruiting kids from shitty football states now?
- Must mean we're striking out on all of our top OL targets.
- Bama is going to flip him a the deadline
- All of our Widwest OL suck
- Bet only Scott Fountain calls him
- Fire Scott Fountain

Am I doing this right?

Not bad for your first try, you need to put something in there about the fact he's a low 4* though then you would have pretty much covered it.

Don't worry though you'll have plenty more opportunities.

Forgot to point out that we will likely swing and miss and it is aa distraction from our true targets that we will bitch about for not being good too

Looks about right. Since he's a "low 4 star", that also means he's no good, even though higher rated prospects we have committed are overrated. Ratings only mean something when it negatively impacts us.

You forgot to mention that he must not be too bright to want in on this.

That seems to be the one area where our coaching staff doesn't make mistakes. We haven't had too much of an issue with qualification or at least are aware they are going to be a sign and place.

If only we could have that foresight on kids with NSD decisions since we always get left holding the bag

AU offered JUCO LB Clifton Garrett. If the name sounds familiar its because he's a former 5* that signed with LSU out of high school. He left LSU (don't know why) after playing in 3 games as a true freshman. Former #2 WLB has been playing JUCO at Arizona Western College.

FSU has also offered. He's trying to set up a visit to AU in January

First question that popped into my head, why doesn't the #1 Oklahoma player want to go to Oklahoma?

I'm curious what 4-5* OT Willie Allen is thinking now. Guy loved his visit here in the summer and wasnt big on LSU.

Clifton Garrett would be as sure of a non bust JUCO LB as we could get. Hopefully he doesn't get out to the ASU or Arizona party scene while he's there. In that case he would prob love FSU. I have an enlisted service member on my detail here big FSU fan says they're only confident in 3 LBs there that will be there next year. I said we have 1, maybe 2. If Garrett is smart, he could be a monster early at AU.

I saw KN went up and saw Gary. Said he would need some development, plays high and loved his Michigan visit (3 shutouts now, damn). Hopefully the iron bowl game atmosphere impresses him on his visit.

Would be awesome to land Rahshaun Smith with Maryland likely to be out of play now. Same with McCloud with the Golden dumpster fire. tOSU has not been that impressive and if A Jackson wants to play early it's here not there. We have Jauntavious Johnson suiting up for Gods sake. Maybe the safety Character jumps the sinking USCe ship as well.

There is hope.

He's going to flip to AU. Thought it may happen last weekend but it's coming.
