It's more of a BS call out that we didn't try hard for him.

We did try, but once we felt good about some others, and JR kept playing games with a new "Leader of the Week!", we capitulated.

He gets the fanfare of SEC Football without all the pressure of Championship games.

Sorta like playing at Macheachern HS.

uga/Macheachern, have had more talent than any team in their division for the last several years. Neither has won squat.

Tyler Queen beat them (by HIMSELF) the last two years.

Well we are dumb then. The kid has dominated games in Georgia's biggest classification since he was a sophomore in high school.

He actually doesn't dominate that often, nowhere near as much as he should at his size. And I could be wrong, but I think he got shut down at the Rivals Five Star Challenge. JR could be really, really good if the light turns on, or he could be one of those "look like Tarzan, play like Jane" guys. Like it or not, Muschamp doesn't like to deal with those kind of guys.

Spencer Perry, DB at IMG

@Black___Jesus7: After further research, I have chosen to decomit from UF. Thanks to the coaching staff @ UF.

ETA FWIW:

@AlligatorArmy: DB Spencer Perry decommits from #Gators, likely eventually headed to Auburn. LINK

Correct. He was reportedly one of the worst there.

Well, it's true.

uga fans are starting to feel Buyer's Remorse with JR. They may still get Brown, but it is not a sure thing.

If I were them, , wait...I know I would be checking my back pocket.

Ole Big Ern. I'll believe Hamm's commitment when he signs on the dotted line in February.

You're nothing if not consistent.

I can't wait to watch Trent in Orange & Blue! Oh wait...

Okay, remorse is a strong word.

Trent is a beast FTR, and I couldn't wait. Alas, it looks as though I will forever.

Unless he gets arrested.

Gabe Wright syndrome.

He had the talent to be one of the best in the SEC IMO.

No clue about priority, but this is taken from that Alligator Army article I linked:

It will come as no surprise if Perry eventually commits to Auburn, though he does not currently hold an offer from the Tigers. (A transitory commitment to Notre Dame, the school Perry camped at this past weekend, is also possible.)
