can't wait to watch Broussard go all lock down on Craig Meyers in the national championship game in a few years

IMO, I don't think LSU is going to a natty anytime soon

I know Craig is a specialtype of player, but do we keep letting him toy with us or just move on?
Reports are we will stay in it til NSD & the staff expected him to open things up at some point. They did good holding that part off for 4 months honestly.

No we don't move on...our fans are so sensitive to this type of thing.

Is there any kind of statement from Craig? Do we have any chance or is he pretty much all FSU now?

Keef has said for a while now that the staff expected NCM to open things up, but that whether he stayed committed or not it'd come down to LOI time for him. So, the situation is somewhat the same just w/o the "committed" label. I still think if we outperform FSU on the field this year that we could get him back due to his relationship w/ DC.

We should have just offered his brother.

I'm not above package deals

Craig is coming off a serious lower body injury... I'd want to see him live in his senior year before id entertain a package deal...

I'm not above it either, but scholarships are precious... Taking a guy that you know has a high bust factor isn't smart... NC may be three and done... or he may get hurt again and bust himself... who knows.

1. From Rivals
quote:

I just wanted to make the best decision for me and be a kid again and not be obligated to a school,"

"I like the FSU program and just how they play,"

"I haven't decided yet where I'm going for visits. I just wanted to get this off my shoulders," he said. "I knew this was the right decision for me. Now I can sit down with my family and discuss where I might visit."

"Just the perfect fit for me. That's really it. Finding what's best for me," he explained. "I'm just going to wait as long as I can to make sure it's the right decision. It could be signing day.

I just want to thank the Auburn coaching staff for the opportunity and seeing the potential in me. But I have decided to open up my recruitment,

Both interviews given to FSU sites FWIW
2. We may stay in the race with a good passing year.

I am here. JayVaughn is a CB and given our current issues @ CB we can't afford a tag along. If we miss Nate I'm completely happy signing Stove, Taj, & a 4* like Tre Nixon as well as Broussard, Mullen, & another quality CB instead of trading Nate for one of the above WRs & JM for a quality CB.

We better offer the brother. Package deals are basically an Auburn tradition now, like Tiger Walk and Jacobs being retarded.

Forgot to mention. I saw Prince Tega is at Eastchase Shopping Center in Montgomery the other night. I swear, that guy gets bigger every time I see him. You can't really appreciate his size and frame until you stand within 10 yards of him. Big, big guy. He could potentially be Auburn's Shawn Oakman (Baylor) or Calais Campbell (Miami, FL).

We are going to have some DL drafted very high the next few years.

If we fire Garner!

Welcome friend.

Good news is Garner is basically just the DT coach now. Thompson is coaching DEs

Regardless of the formations used in game we are basically a 3-4 D based on front 7 coaching assignments. Garner has both DTs & the strongside DE. Thompson has the Buck LB regardless if he's standing up or hand in the dirt as well as the SAM outside backer & the Nickel back when a Nickel comes in for the SAM. Boom has the ILBs.
