That's just the thing, when it is this late in the game, the longtime committed players usually start to confirm their commitments much like the way Kerryon Johnson did. TG, on the other hand, is self-admittedly still exploring his options. So until he confirms his commitment, I think it is more like 55/45.

Plus, the leghumper Chad Simmons implied today that there was a chance that Godwin signed elsewhere. I don't have scout to read the article but it seems to confirm my thoughts.

@AndrewJBone: #Auburn commitment Darrell Williams let me know he won't visit #Alabama this weekend. Says coaches are trying to move visit to next week.

@AndrewJBone: Continued- Williams says he may not visit #Alabama at all anymore.

FWIW on John Burt Allie posted mom won out, implying his recruitment was basically over.

Some of us called this a bit ago. Can we charge 9.95 per mo?

Sucks, both for us and for him. He obviously doesn't want to be there

I never thought about it that way but you're definitely right. Auburn doesn't need any parental drama similar to Arkansas and Alex Collins.

With Godwin, from what I've heard, his parents really like AU and the coaches. I Hate that his dad has cancer, and I've been through that. I'm sure that his folks want him to go where he wants, but the kid will want to give his dad what he wants.

Vol fans around here saying their OC was not very active in recruiting, but who knows how Preston Williams feels about it. He'd be a huge addition. I'm doubtful

Once Alex signed and went to school there wasn't any drama. I'd have 25 drama cases a year to have guys as talented as Collins in my roster

I need to save my cash for my various nephews. Last weekend was a pretty expensive one for me.
