I wish I could help,you understand it all better, but I stepped back from all of this a couple of years ago. I pay more attention as signing day gets closer, but I really don't get invested in the whole process. I just pay attention to who signs and wait for spring training.

We had only one edge rusher and still need one, it wasn't a "looking back" kind of thing. We are putting everything in the Cowart basket cause we still need an edge rusher

Going into last year, we thought we had Lawson, Lambert, Garrett as solid pass rushers.
Garrett was proven as a practice warrior, Lawson got hurt, Lambert was alright.

Sounds like Carlton Davis wants to stick with OSU. Waiting to make sure they have room though.

How is Evans any different than Lambert at that point in time besides Lambert being JUCO?
Both highly ranked recruits that were in the 2014 class. Lambert supposed to be a stud pass rusher. Evans supposed to be a stud pass rusher. You said we couldn't assume Lambert was a good pass rusher, so why could we assume Evans was a good pass rusher?
