Notes per Hoke LINK
-AU leads for McBryde
-Good shape with Ledbetter even though he's committed to Bama
-Will be finalists at the very least for Thompson, Payne, Roundtree, Burt, Patrick (probably both), 4* DE Kyle Phillips.
-3* OT George Brown Jr from Ohio has family in the Auburn area and has tweeted AU players on his own to know the AU program better
-Eric Swinney high on AU
-lead for Roquan Smith
-Strong contenders for the Creekside trio of Stanley, Boulware, and Harrell
-Keep an eye on Trey Turner, ATH from Mobile. DC likes him a lot
-not sure where Montavious Atkinson on the AU LB board even though he named AU the leader recently
-AU is high on 3* WR Michael Chigbu and is really good shape with him right now

He's already a 4* with a 92 rating on 247 FWIW

Yup and that's the #2 rating I follow or use. #1 being the 247 composite.

I hate following recruiting right now. So many different prospects to learn about. Can't wait until real targets start shaking out instead of early interest

Ryan Bartow of 247 Sports went by Dutch Fork this morning and checked on 2016 Stephen Davis Jr. (BTW his dad was at Spartan High and was a senior when I was a freshman at Byrnes so I feel old reporting on this kid)- who could be the No. 1 2016 in the state.
As expected, Auburn is the team to beat, but South Carolina, UGA, Tennessee are the next three.
