Notes from KN:
-Staff obviously expects a battle for Cowart, but are optimistic about their chances. Auburn considers his bond with Boom to be a difference maker.
-We're ramping up our recruitment of Torrance Gibson. He's a bit turned off by the QB situation at OSU, so he's giving Auburn and LSU another look. He'll visit the 16th, and is being recruited as an ATH with his first look to be at QB.
-Auburn is making moves with Ryan Davis, but also recruiting others at WR, including Brandon Martin, a 6'4 UA All-American from Dallas. He may visit
-Auburn sees Devante Peete as a future TE rather than WR, but seems JUCO bound. So may be a sign and place wherever he goes.
-Auburn, LSU, South Carolina, and Georgia all seem to have a shot at Arden Key. Muschamp is making him a priority.
-Auburn's confidence in getting Jeff Holland is high. Also, Bama commit Adonis Thomas still hasn't decided if he will visit.
-FSU and Mizzou are the favorites for Terry Beckner, and Auburn isn't sure where it stands. Getting him to visit is big though, and the fact that he's visiting at all says a lot about how much Cowart was talking Auburn up. They are close.
