Ya, but we need defensive recruits and it is an easy sell bringing in top DC and showing they will basically start from day 1

Are you going to ask this every time someone loses?
No. One loss will never effect recruits

It helps me not melt too hard bro.

OSU learned from us to throw deep on Bama
If Bama loses, how will that help us in recruiting?

That's a good point. I got an Ohio St brother in law though. Imagine the trashiness of a bammer with the arrogance of a Georgia fan considering Ohio St has done nothing impressive in over a decade other than get blown out in BCSNC G

Ohio State's RB reminds me so much of Tre Mason. He is tough to bring down.

If this Cardale kid transfers when Barrett is named starter we should get him. He is like a less shifty version of Cam

I'm hoping JJ resembles his style next year, except more accurate.

Would need to add some weight but I'm hoping too

From Keith FWIW.
Payne
-spent most of his free time with the Tiger commits this week
-commits say he’s talking up Auburn
-yelled out a big “War Eagle!” during practice
-A few commits actually feel good about Payne to AU
-AU Sorces don’t know who DP will pick or are being very quiet
-AUC still believes Alabama is the pick
-commits are not just being overly optimistic on Payne as they don't feel nearly as confident about Holland
Holland
-He has been wishy washy about his pick per AU commits
-Said one commit, “He likes someone new every day.”
-coach of Holland's saidMuschamp’s hiring was huge for Auburn
-Holland clicks with Muschamp, and respects him greatly as a coach
-Same coach thinks Auburn has a slight edge
Burt
-commits really feel good about flipping him
-They said Burt wants to be a Tiger
-offensive struggles at Texas are a major concern for Burt.
-staff not 100 % sure he’ll flip
Burt’s mom still firmly wants Texas
-Burt likes his lead recruiter Chris Vaughn.
Other stuff
-commits say Cowart is listening to their pitch & has an open mind
-AU ccommits Kerryon Johnson (free safety) and Bailey Sharp (right tackle) will start tomorrow
-Colbert is behind Johnson but could start if his team begins with 5 DBs
-McBryde probably will run with the second team
-Darrell Williams will be a backup on the other team
-he practiced some at DE this week
-could grow into a hybrid DE/LB on the edge
-Sharp got a little better Wednesday
-Colbert & KJ have been the most impressive Auburn commits
-coaches and prospects like Colbert's is athleticism and versatility
-can jump through the roof, can play FS, SS, nickel or even OLB.
-5* 2016 commit Nate Craig-Myers attended practice Thursday in FSU gear from head to toe
-However says he remains committed to Auburn.

Thanks for the updates. Still not sure if Payne is just playing with our emotions.
