I don't see Dantonio leaving Mich St. He's 58 and already had a heart attack a couple years ago. I just think he's comfortable where he is and will probably coach a few more years and retire in his early 60's.
Freeze may leave, but I don't think it will be for Florida in the next year or so.
Fitzgerald from NW is definitely a guy that I think would be a very good head coach at a bigger school. Patterson from TCU as well. He's once again, got TCU moving up the polls. Art Briles at Baylor is another, but he just seems like a guy that isn't going to leave the state of Texas.
I feel like Florida is going to go for a grand slam hire if Muschamp is gone, but I really have no idea who would be that hire right now.

Fitzgerald has repeatedly turned down bigger jobs to stay at his alma mater. That said he may be the best coach
Briles I could see at LSU. He has a good thing going in the state of Texas and at Baylor though. He could use that at LSU. Baylor been spending for him though

For Texas not to get one of their top two choices who aren't NFL guys is a pretty big deal though E

Not sure about that. Mack Brown was not much higher regarded coming out of UNC than Strong was at Louisville.

I want no part of Art Briles at LSU.

Patterson...Art Briles

CWM is one of the few misses in Foley's UF hiring career.
CUM was a great hire, no doubt, but his final season and subsequent departure was indicative of his character and psychological makeup. I don't think Foley really handled that situation well at all.
Remember also that during the only three football coaching searches that Foley has conducted in his 22-year career (inheriting Spurrier was the best thing that ever happened to him) he struck out on several targets in '02 and '11, otherwise he wouldn't have hired a couple of career assistants with zero HC experience for a job as prestigious as UF.
He made a great men's basketball hire 18 years ago, and managed to keep him happy enough to stick around, and has done well with most of the lesser sports, but how much of that is the appeal of working at a huge University in one of the most desirable areas of the US?
Foley is clearly one of the best ADs in the business, if not the best - but I wouldn't say his major hiring record is entirely indicative of that.

Yeah. Gene and I have a tendency to go off topic and keep rambling. Sorry.

Tony Bridges has been very pro AU since his visit. Glad to see since he's been so quiet about his recruitment.

Yes he said on twitter and I'm paraphrasing that Moncreif and Duke giving him a hug before the game almost brought tears to his eyes. He also posted a pic from the sidelines saying theres no better place (than au). Also posted some IG pics in the locker room with Sammie and Duke with some pro AU comments.
It was very surprising to see IMO because he is usually very quiet on social media regarding AU / Ole Miss

Just saw this but there is no way Les Miles is leaving LSU barring some scandal or something. He's locked in until at least after 2015 regardless of what happens.
