Damn, the whole thing is really weird. Its like Ron cleaned house, but for what? Better have something good up his sleeve or that site will diminish in subscribers.

The Composite Ranking System 247Sports utilizes really puts a prospects ability into as accurate a ranking as possible.
1) 247Sports
2) Rivals
3) ESPN
4) Scout

I think it's funny how everyone shits on scout and espn rankings, yet it's ok for them to be lumped in with rivals and 247 on the composite. I also don't understand why 247 doesn't use their own rankings as their default. I just feel like if you're a recruiting site, you want to be able to claim your the best and that's a big part of what sets you apart from other sites. There is a plan, and was told I/we would be shocked. I tried to get a bit more detail but I believe they want things set in stone before any announcements are made. They were pretty convincing. Also learned Ron is more connected to AU than I thought.

Sorry but even Keith admitted that he got most of his insider recruiting notes from Bryan, yeah keith is good for going to a recruits school & interviewing them but I'd much rather have inside info from the staff. Keith's connection to the staff was Bryan, now AUC has no team writer or basketball writer only a glorified southeast recruiting expert in Keith. He doesn't even live in Auburn.

Don't know. But I am curious, I am not even sure it's just WHO they get. Ron mentioned getting back to their roots in a thread earlier. ??? I think more than just the faces may change.

I love the composite rankings because it gives us a look into what every site thinks of the player. We all know some sites are more biased towards certain players...
