I can hear it booming over the loud speakers at JHS now.
"Clint Trickett's pass complete to Sammie Coates for 56 yards and the AUBURN TOUCHDOWN!"
That ole pump and go... I've missed that play so much.

Oh I should have been more detailed. I'm on a road trip and choose not to watch it. Don't know if the oribinal link was bad or not.

My quick analysis on the Trickett vs. Clemson tape:
Kid just looks like he belongs on the field. Looks comfortable running the offense. Moves in the pocket well to evade rushers, steps into the pocket. Throws catchable balls, correctly identifies open receivers. Good accuracy on screens and short passes. Good understanding of when to put touch on the football, drops a few great balls right into receivers' hands on the run. Ball comes out when it needs to come out.
Throw at 6:23
Throw at 3:10
Throw at 4:57 ... buys time, throws a catchable ball on 2nd and 15
Throw at 9:10
Throw at 10:58 ... saves a broken play, keeps eyes downfield and completes a pass on the run

Looks MUCH better than Frazier and better than Wallace. Id love for him to come in and move frazier to WR.

I for one welcome our new Trickett Quarterback.
He looks good in the vid posted. Looked like a 50 yard TD throwing on the run across his body. Not to shabby. I can't find the quotes and it has nothing to do with his son, but does anyone remember hearing Cole Cublic talk trash about Rick? He is not a fan.

I do want us to take Trickett. We have nothing on the roster right now that is an SEC QB, JJ will be a true frosh, and NM was a DB the last time he played in the SEC. Anyone that doesn't think we should take him either knows something about him personally that I don't, or is just fricking stupid.

Cole may or may not be a douche himself, but he would hardly be the only person to consider Trickett senior a complete douchebag. He's got a pretty good rep for being an a-hole, to the point where he literally almost got his arse beat by one of our o-lineman back in the day.
