Isn't he committed to FSU?
Signed with them out of high school. Committed to Miami now. Hoke went in depth on him in the last War Room, which is summed here a couple pages back.

So our rivals guy says 21, but they're saying 23-25?

It was not a comprehensive post. He was just asked about some prospects and answered about them.

Quotes from TQ on recruiting since we have started winning. LINK
quote:

People were questioning me," Queen said. "They were always asking, 'Why Auburn?' I even had a couple ask me that before the Texas A&M game. When I talked to [other prospects], they were kind of hesitant, seeing what Auburn did last year. They didn't know how the coaching staff was going to do. Now, I see them talking on Twitter. They're starting to listen. It's making our job helping the coaches a whole lot easier. It's much easier.

They like to see what's now, and how they're doing at this point in time," Queen said. "Everyone had their doubts. But now they're starting to win and they are starting to turn heads. I'm just proud of what they're doing and how they responded.

Also his main targets right now are Taj Griffin, Eric Swinney, Kerryon Johnson, Tyler Carr, and Chuma Edoga.

WIth the type of year FSU is having, I don't see this even being a remote possibility

The kid is a top instate prospect. Long way to go until the 2015 class signs.

Time for D Craig to negative recruit the other way...

You have to also remember that He doesn't sign till after next season. This season will be a distant memory by then.

not to mention coaching staff turnover (for both staffs)... FSU had some heavy staff turnover this last offseason, and could experience more in the future.

For the most part, they don't pay their staff has much as many SEC schools.

His parents were student athletes at Florida State. He grew up a Florida State fan and even brought that up on his unofficial visit earlier this year. Coaches at Madison Academy who are Auburn fans have even lamented on the fact that Kerryon going to FSU is all but a foregone conclusion.

I would love to have him but the likelihood, especially with FSU playing at this high level (Winston has two seasons so it will keep up till NSD 2015), is low

I'd expect that to change with a top-5 finish this year. Remember after our NC in 2010, we gave everybody big bonuses, raises, extensions - that's part of what made them so hard to fire two years later. I'd think FSU will do the same with a good year this year.

Of course, a good year makes them vulnerable to having assistants poached and given promotions elsewhere, which also helps us for recruiting purposes.

Personally, I'd rather have his teammate as a RB. Then give me Jacques Patrick for the 2015 class and I'm set.

Their 2016 RB? I know thye have a super talented RB in addition to Johnson (not sure what class) and I was told by a coach of Madison that he will seriousl look at Auburn if we keep up this trend. I mean who wouldn't when we put up these rushing numbers and are okay utilizing a trio of RBs

He was told that he was #1 for RB in 2015 according to an older rivals article. I don't know anything about him but I would imagine he is pretty darn good if he was told that

Yeah he's a 2016 RB and he's a guy that could end up one of the top 5 backs in america, or better. Big, strong and fast. Auburn is in great, great, great position with him very early on.

Free article on Jordan Prestwood

Highlights: He wants a) early playing time at OT (obviously bad for AU), b) to be close to home (Tampa, Fl), and c) to compete for a national title.

Article up on Rivals about Rashaan Evans...sounds promising for AU. Basically talks about how he was skeptical of the Malzahn hire and is shocked that he has turned it around so quickly and he has completely bought into Malzahn Said AU is giving him a lot of reasons to commit. Will OV AU, UGA and Bama and will commit to the school that is the best fit for him.
