The SECr is unreadable right now. It is infested with unemployed high schoolers.

Sad thing is the Gumps are not even close to being the worst on there.

Maybe he should clarify it to read "People who haven't graduated high school"

Has Alabama football ever saved your life?

Yeah, actually it has.

About 15 years ago I was doing a float trip for peacock bass on the Amazon. We were in a little area just off the Ucayali portion, and were tearing them up. Well, we beached on a little sand bar to set up camp....right at dark we were surrounded by natives. No shite. Grass skirt wearing natives.

Well, they trussed us up like pigs and toted us back to their village. I thought it was over. I had visions of being placed in a pot of boiling water and eaten alive...

The guy, I presume it was the tribal chief, takes a stone knife and proceeds to cut off my shirt. All the sudden a gasp echos throughout their group. My back tattoo of Coach Bryant had stopped them in their tracks.

Well, after a little bit, they allowed us to go about our way....Thanks, UA football!

By the way any word on how things are going with

Auburn appears to be in Good shape with Roc. After BCW Cortez said Tennessee and FSU are his top 2.

I think he is going to be a tough one to crack despite his friendship with Ruffin.

With a full HS year and probably a full red shirt year...he can pack on 30 lbs of beef.

That would make a decent guard or center at best, and maybe that is the plan.

Nothing new since the coach came clean on Watson's behalf.

It's probably going to be a WHILE before we hear anything else on Watson (with regards to Auburn)... Sounds like Clemson and his HS coach pretty much have him in lock-step... I'd guess after the season if/when Morris decides to take a HC gig.

Also... let's say Morris does get a BCS level HC job (he was a finalist at Tx Tech)... odds are pretty good he'd take Watson with him.

JMO, but with Watson being an EE and being committed to CU for so long... the odds are long that he'll end up here.

Unless it's at an SEC school I don't think Morris could hold Auburn off for Watson.

I think he could... and I hope I get proven wrong.

I was thinking more east coast/ACC job... say Maryland if/when Edsel gets the can.

Watson to Diggs at Maryland would break so many hearts.
