i honestly never had a shitty professor when i was at auburn. some were more helpful than other, sure, but if you honestly need help, I've never seen a professor not be more than willing to oblige

It depends, are you going to work for the government or other bureaucracy? Or will you work in private sector? So, maybe and no.

So... A.) Is the party not on AU's campus any longer?

Haven't heard otherwise.

B.) If it is, why doesn't Auburn tell Kirby to Go frick himself?

Because you want to let the kid make his own decision. If you don't let Kirby come to the party it can turn around and bite you in the butt.

Actually read the reviews though. Some you can tell are just butthurt students. And some are suck ups that love every professor they get. Lots of honest reviews though. I'm in Accounting and most professors are pretty good and very helpful when you need it.

Thanks, will do. Do you have a TD email address where I can double check on things with you when registration rolls around?

I do but I never check it and I can't really help you anymore than ratemyprofessor can. It's what I use when signing up.

Weagle025@gmail.com I think. I can't even remember if that's right or not.

Also, has anyone benefited at all by joining Honors Societies, or is it just a waste of money?

True... just wonder how Saban would feel if one of Auburns coaches decided he wanted to do and In-home during one of their recruits unofficial visits and go to Bama's campus for it since the Kid isn't going to be home.

I majored in finance and my best friend economics. You won't go wrong with most of the teachers, they are all pretty good.

What classes are you taking?

Everybody's been looking for the faintest hint that he's going elsewhere since we started recruiting him and they run with it.

If you have a chance to take William Gerken, do it. He was one of my favorite teachers. He taught a finance elective, but not sure what he teaches now.

Also, Mandy Harrelson is an investment teacher now. She was my intro to finance teacher. She is pretty easy.

Nothing out of the ordinary, just that time of recruiting when some people worry or melt. It is always a fun time for me. I made some popkern and pulled up a chair for the show. Next few days will be fun...For some people it is an

I really dont see why more kids dont take all of their OVs. There is no way that 17 year old me would say no to a free trip to a college town where I would be provided with booze and tail. I would probably take OVs to AU, bama, uga, OM and a la school.

Maybe for your first job. I don't give any credit to those when I see them on resumes. I do put stock in Magna or Summa Cum Laude though.

I was a member of several at AU. Had no fricking clue what they were and never went to a meeting except one for my major I had to go to. I just know when I was at AU my first couple of years I got about a dozen letters in the mail from those things because I had good grades, joined a few to put on my resume, but took them off years ago.

"Right now, the plan is to make the announcement of ESPN on Signing Day at the high school but the more we've thought about it, the more we think the pressure from being here in Auburn might be something we'd like to avoid. We haven't canceled that plan but it's on the table for discussion. If Rashaan ends up picking Alabama, it could obviously lead to some reactions from the folks from this part of the state and we don't want him to feel any anxiety about that, especially if it could affect his decision."

If he is making his decision on NSD and sends in his LOI, how would that affect his decision?

With his comments it is hard to tell what is really going on. The Dad could be pushing him to Bama and has him convinced so he wants him to commit now before he changes his mind or Rashaan wants to get it over with so people will leave him alone. The problem is the pressure from the Auburn fans and would be worse if he commits to Bama before NSD and there is time to change his mind. Which makes it seem odd to commit to Bama early just to keep the pressure off.

Isn't that where it matters most for someone exiting college and into the workforce? Of course it is and where it would get scored higher on entry level. Then it becomes work history, higher education, certifications, and accomplishments from there.
