Has anybody heard anything about T.J. Davis? Thought he was supposed to be a very underrated player, according to Thigpen. Is he redshirting?

Forgot about him. He had a great offer list.

In regards to redshirting...PM just said that Jordan Diamond will redshirt this year. He will be undergoing shoulder surgery. He just posted a "For your eyes only" on AUC...

DLO Benton suspended for being a serial curfew breaker...

Quan Bray and Trovon Reed to be involved in Auburn's running game similar to Percy Harvin at UF...

Auburn coaches say senior running back Onterio McCalebb is bigger stronger and faster...best camp of his career...

running back Tre Mason and redshirt freshman Mike Blakely are back at practice and are ready to be ready to play

the defensive lineup is pretty much set for the season-opener against Clemson, we are told there could be changes during the season. cornerbacks Robenson Therezie and T'Sharvan Bell, safeties Demetruce McNeal and Erique Florence, linebacker Kris Frost, defensive end Nosa Eguae and defensive tackles Gabe Wright and Ken Carter won't start but will play and could possibly be starters as the season goes on. Add in defensive tackle Devaunte Sigler, defensive end LaDarius Owens, safety Trent Fisher, defensive tackle Jamar Travis and cornerback Jonathon Mincy and it adds up to more depth than Auburn has had on defense in recent years. ...

Said Robenson Therezie is a gamer...

On sophomore cornerback Robenson Therezie: "It looks like he is behind Ryan White, who has been really good. But you have to hope he has a big role. The kid is a gamer."

If Therezie is that good, he needs to be starting.

Sophomore running back Tre Mason and redshirt freshman Mike Blakely have returned to practice and are expected to be ready to play in the Sept. 1 season-opener against Clemson in the Chick-fil-A Kickoff game. Blakely has been practicing with a brace on his left knee. The status of sophomore Corey Grant is uncertain. ...

What does this mean? Is Grant hurt or we just don't know if he's going to contribute at RB? I would rather him get some snaps to add depth.

I would edit and summarize in your own words. Posting premium comment straight off the board is frowned upon.

Did y'all see when they asked Reuben who the next commit would be? He kinda put up a 2 and started smiling really big, said Auburn fans would be really happy but he can't say. Reuben always makes me

The implication was not that he was going to suck up a season. The point being that Frazier is a true sophomore. and there are few true sophomore qbs in the sec and NCAA that in your words "excel" historically The fact that he has locked up a starting job by default and that he is also entering a completely foreign offense, plus hearing from people would suggest he isn't going to put up star numbers. All I said was given a year Wallace will put up a strong fight for a starting role because he is that talented.

So let me see if I understand what you are saying...

This year being a true sophomore means you will struggle.

Next year being a true sophomore will be an indication of being a future star.

That about right?

I like Landrum at LB. I remember thinking they were crazy when they put Fred Beasley back there. I know Prosch is a bulldozer, but can he be a play maker with the ball? Landrum being the HS RB might be better with the ball.....
