Bryce needs to find his shot on the first 3. We can't afford to have him miss a few before he hits his first one. I like when he takes it inside though.

Bruce Pearl took a Tennessee team from 5th in the East to a number 2 national seed in his first year.
It's not really uncommon for coaches to have major impacts quickly.

Please stop. We had the most depleted roster I've ever seen for Bruce coming into last year. This was not a one year rebuild.
