I am just praying that Auburn finally get lucky or does a good job at getting us a coach that can stop the bleeding. If not, we will certainly be what Tennessee was for soooooo long.
I would have loved for Harsin to be the guy. Young guy who could have been here a while. He was exactly what the "word" on him was. Cant or wont recruit and is not easy to get along with. Id say that was pretty accurate
The only good thing about the way things have changed is, teams can recover faster with the portal. If you get someone who can utilize it.
Lets all hope Auburn gets it done. I just have zero confidence in them. And I base that off history

It’s a mess because we screwed up Gus’s replacement. The concept of upgrading is generally preferable right? Instead of screwing around we could have gotten Heupel or Napier or anybody else that wouldnt completely shoot themselve in the foot time after time.

We could continue to suck and get worse with our old coaches.
Or we could have the courage to change and maybe get better OR also get worse with new coaches.
Good to see that you seem to be fine with becoming Vanderbilt with what your comfortable with rather than at least *trying* to change.

Unfortunately, we are becoming what Tennessee was.
It will be a while before we are what they are now. But its cool. We got a new coach and a new start.

Heupel and UT have shown if you make the right hire, it doesn’t take that long. That is why we have to not dick around and correct this current mistake.

As much as we hate the portal, it is good for rebuilding if you get a coach who can use it

I live in Orlando and they still are calling Gus a up grade.
I have always liked our coaches and stood behind them but Harsin has changed that. Last years MS game was the 1 game that I didnot watch til the very end 0:00. I bitch about him last year. Since no changed happen I climb back on board till the Penn st game. He needs to go. And yes I did not want Gus fired.
