This team is insipid. Can hardly stand to watch them.
Picking them in my pool doesn’t help my attitude. Haha!

Even that touchdown pass Ryan threw to Patterson was painful to watch. He was wide open and Ryan underthrew it so badly that he almost got caught from behind.

And now this.
A Smith is not showing much so far.

I'll give Arthur Smith this. He is the first coach to figure out how to use Patterson's dangerous open field skills and make him into a real weapon on offense.

Nah. He sucks arse.
Eff this team. Losing to Washington at home to this no name quarterback is as bad as it gets.
Sadly they will shite the bed in the draft too.

I actually like Smith. This roster is fricking atrocious and needs to be blown up. This is going to require a long, painful rebuild.

Don’t know what game you were watching. The play calling was awesome.

Possibly.
I was just mad. Haha!

The anemic offense last season is the one I don’t understand. Loaded at WR.

This team is utterly devoid of talent, especially on defense.
Long rebuild on its way.

... at least we aren't the Jets, apparently?

This lead will be gone by the end of the third quarter

Nice win, even though our defensive secondary continues to look beyond atrocious.
Pretty funny… if we don’t blow that big lead against Washington, we’re 4-2 with a pretty spiraling Carolina squad coming to town next week.
We’re no Super Bowl contender, but we’ve got the offensive firepower to make things interesting and keep us in contention for a wild card through December/January.
The one thing that sticks out to me, that I think we all knew but really can see now is - how important it is to have a creative and smart offensive play caller and scheme. Watching Arthur Smith’s offense after watching Dirk Koetter’s the past few years has been like watching HD TV versus a puppet show. He scheme players open, has motions and different sets, and puts his playmakers in the best position to succeed.
If we can get some defensive help help the next off-season or two, I’m extremely bullish on our chances to make one more title run with Matt Ryan, who plainly looks reinvigorated with competent coaching on his side for the first time in 5 years.

Pitts looks like the stud everyone thought he would be. One rebuild piece down!

It usually takes TEs awhile. We're starting to see the potential of Pitts in Arthur Smith's offense.
The team has played better lately, but it is still a little disappointing to be 3-3 after having arguably the weakest schedule of any team so far.
PHI
@TB
@NYG
WAS
vs NYJ
@MIA
That is as soft as it gets to open a season in the NFL this year.

Seriously anything less than 2-4 or 3-3 at this point would have been an absolute failure.

Don’t be sorry they do suck and that’s amazing! If the refuse to draft great players that wear red and black then screw them

This is a REALLY stupid hot take, but this is to be expected from a college-first message board.
