Even after a win all they can talk about is our game or the players who didn't stand. This shite is hilarious

Easily the most pathetic fanbase in the NFL. Their obsession with Atlanta is so little brother it's hysterical

Only team in the NFC without a loss.

2009 is getting further away every year. The Saints are complete shite right now. It's hilarious to watch them melt over a game they had nothing to do with.

The 2009 Saints were akin to someone like Maryland getting hot for one great year and winning it all before falling back to the mediocrity that they always have been. Enjoy coming in last place but winning just enough games to avoid a high draft pick. It's what that third world country deserves.

It's gonna be ok NFLU. I know watching us go 3-0 hurts. Melt away.

I find it funny that he posted the Brees SB pic and then the one right after it is a dead link.
But to me, it looks like an asterisk... like his teams 2009 cheating super bowl.

Imagine being a Saints/LSU fan right now. It can't be easy.

those photos are about as relevant as this:

It's great to think back on but literally has no bearing on how I feel about the state of affairs with the Braves.

I guess the only difference is the fact that you can cling on to the hope that the Drew/Sean combo can get lucky again, but I think most realists know that won't happen.

Kinda reminds me of Auburn tbh. 2010 they had a phenom rented quarterback and made the most of it. But didn't build off of it and haven't maintained a sustained level of success since. Which is actually pretty difficult to do when you think about it.

No kidding. The melting here is hilarious.
But they're all "boycotting" because 'mah FEELINGS'. We all know they're jumping ship cause they suck.

ETA: The funny thing is I don't even think of bringing up 2010 anymore as shite talk to UGA or anything. It seems like so long ago. I know it can't make them feel good to bring up something like that ring, but it also says something about the state of their team. Sports is a "what have you done for me lately" type thing. Even those great feelings of that win fade over time and you need another fix.

Pretty much this. That feeling was over for me with the 2011 season. It was a fun season, was cool to be out there in Arizona, but that feeling fades quick.

Well yeah, when you fail to build upon a national title, that’s going to happen. Y’all joke but it has to eat at auburn fans a little to not be able to maintain any consistent success, right? It would drive me nuts if we went undefeated and then followed that up with an average season followed by a disaster.

Yeah it sucked but the NC feelings were able to get me through it. Like the fading of a NC, those shithole years fade as well.

Being a fan of Georgia teams has taught me how to handle shittiness.
