Koetter's predictable playcalling is absolutely an issue
Sorry,dont see it.
When the OL holds up in pass pro, the offense has been very good and while the defense seems to be getting a little better the vast majority of the losses are on them

The predictability is stuff like leading the league by a mile in percentage of run plays called on 2nd and long.
Also, there's too much skill position talent to be running as much I formation as they do. Of course, it doesn't help that every defense knows what's coming when they line up in the I with Gage and Blake as the two receivers on the field, or Gage with two tight ends. That formation with that personnel is a run play 99% of the time, and defenses know that and stop it, which makes them wasted downs.
The Falcons waste more downs than any offense in the league.

A.J.Terrell has been playing a lot better.

He has, but he still got roasted by Ruggs on a deep ball yesterday.
It just concerned me to see how terrible he was against Chase and Jefferson while knowing that those are the types of guys he's going to see at least 8 times a year in the NFL.

Link please...cannot find this stat anywhere.

Cannot find this number as well.

Wow, so the ONLY reason they're currently 9th in offense and averaged 28 ppg since the change is because they're "padding their stats?" Interesting

DK killing this offense is literally the one thing every Falcons fan agrees on.
They score in spite of him. My gosh even this past game we had route trees that all bunched at the top of the route.
I think Brian Balldinger did a breakdown of how bad this offensive playcalli his. We gotta find and post this.
Our packages, sets, and overall scheme are a 2004 traditionalists dream, but a modern day nightmare. I hate watching him call plays. It’s the worst part of Sunday.

I can’t tell, are you for real wanting to keep the current staff as next years?

That was indefensible. Seriously. Look at the play he was step for step. It was just an amazing throw/catch. It’s the NFL, that happens.
His PFF grade for a rookie is absurd.
I know folks didn’t like the pick on draft day, but he’s been the best secondary rookie in the league, by far.

A lot of times, it's hard for us as men, to admit when we're wrong.
This is one of those times. Terrell has played really well.

I missed the boat on this one. I'm stunned that he hasn't been a complete bust because of what happened in college when he saw NFL caliber receivers.
As for the new GM and HC, I think I'm settled on Rick Smith and Joe Brady. I want that combination.

Mykal Walker has also played very well when he has been given a chance.

Yeah he has. The player I wanted the Falcons to draft in the first round was Kenneth Murray, who has taken the Chargers middle linebacker spot and played pretty well. My rationale was with Deion Jones and Murray, we would not have any issues covering RBs or TEs and their sideline to sideline speed would clean up a lot of messes on defense. I didn't anticipate Foye playing so well this year.

I'd be ok w/this.

Are people not interested in Lincoln Riley anymore? I read an article saying we could see several college coaches trying to get into the NFL in 2021 because of the massive financial impacts of covid on college football.

The bloom is off the rose a bit with Riley.

He doesn't value defense.
Hard pass.
I like Arthur Smith, the Titans OC.

No thank you. Find out if Wade Phillips is interested.

If we hired Daboll I’d set my PSL on fire.
