Didn't he just go 3-14 and 5-12 in the last two years? The Browns have been freaking awful. Why would anyone be excited about that?

Consider the team.
Also, the Browns didn't have a 1st round pick from 21-23 and no 2nd rounder in 22 and 23. Basically they only picked one top-65 player for 3 straight years. That's sabotage. Not even Lombardi could win with that.

Exactly. Stefanski could be arse but literally nobody is winning with that roster. Their drafting from 2020-2024 is all time bad

Can we talk about this “rift” in the fanbase. There’s apparently a controversy regarding how Stefanski “treated” shadeur and how we should feel about that as fans of the Falcons (Deion)
….Are we really being serious here? I’ve seen a lot from these dumb fans but Is the Falcons fanbase really this retarded? I guess I know the answer but geez.
There’s a good portion of the fanbase, it seems, that would rather go 7-10 with Tomlin/Sanders than 8-9 with Stefasnki and I’m not joking. Acting like we owe Deion something after he CHOSE to leave. F Deion.
Antics like this are what keeps this franchise in the dump and the “culture” going. That, and there’s a good 20,000 falcons fan that literally believe Mike Vick was a better QB than Matt Ryan.

To spell it out in plain language, a lot of black Falcons fans never liked Matt Ryan because he replaced their golden child dog fighter. They would never accept someone who "doesn't look like them".
Ryan was eons better than Vick, and even more importantly, he did it while always being a professional and not going and doing stupid hoodrat shite (like dogfighting) with his friends.

I feel like that subsided significantly after 2012...saw plenty of black Falcons fans wear #2 jerseys at the Dome and MBS.

I don't know much about Stefanski because I only follow the falcons . Outside of the falcons I can't stand the NFL
But stefanski seems like a major a-hole but a major a-hole in a good way. Sounds like he's going to have a very disciplined team. I'm all for this!
