The great irony is we could've had a top 7 pick had we not rattled off all those wins after we were eliminated from playoff contention.

I know people want to win but this is why tanking is beneficial after you've been eliminated. We all argued on here as to what the best approach was and now people are mad we might move up. Well, we wouldn't have had to...

I really like Kindley in the late 3rd, early 4th, but I really think we need someone that can play both guard and center, since we might need a guard starter sometime this year and Mack will be gone after 2020 and we have absolutely nothing behind him.

Falcons trading down? Can’t see that happening.

I don't think so either but they need to. This team is not one player away like TD and DQ seem to think they are.

Similar to the year before when we won our last game and dropped something like 7 spots.

I have no clue what we’re going to do. But I don’t feel like we’re one player away from making a playoff run. Feels like we need an infusion of talent.

Simmons would be the only guy I wouldn’t be pissed about losing picks. But I’d be just fine sitting where we’re at and taking Kinlaw.

I will say objectively that UGA will be putting out some incredible talent going forward.

I’d even be ok trading down 5 sports or so and gaining some picks. We can get some good talent in the 2nd and 3rd rounds this year, I think.

Personally I think this is a deep draft year. Burrow wasn’t even a top 4th round pick a year ago and Tua was clearly #1. Look how quickly that flipped and I think that’s not gonna work out that way, but we’ll see.

I mean it’s pretty much the same team that should have won the super bowl. But I’m always in favor of trading down.

The guy with the most accurate 2019 mock draft is predicting us to trade up to get CJ Henderson. Here’s to hoping his 2020 mock is shite.

One of The Athletic's draft analysts said the Falcons have been doing a lot of work on offensive tackles and believes they could be looking to move up to get one of them because Jake Matthews's contract is very team unfriendly in the coming years. Interesting. I wouldn't hate it, to be honest. Take someone like Andrew Thomas, kick McGary to left guard, and put the dynamic duo of Jamon Brown and James Carpenter on the bench where they should be.

We definitely need some help on the o-line. Tired of seeing Matt Ryan run for his life.

SI put out an article suggesting we trade down, get some extra picks and take Jeff Gladney, CB from TCU. I like that idea much better than losing picks and trading up for a CB.

This looks like it’s setting up to be a pretty wild draft night .

YES. We need to go this route. Need as much cheap talent as possible on this team.

No NFL player or coach would willingly throw away their jobs to do this.

yep. it's easy for the fans to talk about it, and I'm sure the front office would prefer to lose meaningless games, but the guys on the field are playing for their livelihood. They don't care about draft picks. if the FO wants to tank, then they need to fire the coach mid-season, trade guys like Freeman, etc.

they address this in the first or second episode of the Jordan/Bulls documentary and how the players refused to tank that year that Jordan was hurt for most of the season.

Sure no nfl coach or player would tank. However anyone expecting us to trade down tonight is crazy.

TD and DQ are done after this season if we don’t at least make playoffs. They aren’t gonna build for a 2-5 yr stretch tonight.

Look for us to blow our wad to get into top 5.

If we trade up for a DB I might break shite tonight. I’ve had no sports for 2 months, I’m quarantined, I’ve sauced up. I will fight Dimitroff.

Thomas Douche bag doesn’t like SEC trench players. I’m sure he has a spectacular diamond in the rough from the MAC all ready to go.
