Kubiak is my top pick but he will be on every team’s list. I’d be happy with both of these guys.

If the Packers let him leave, he needs to be named our HC about 10 minutes later. Supposedly Matt Ryan was a big reason he didn't stick around as OC after Shanahan left though, and if Ryan is making the coaching hire, this probably isn't going to happen.

Stefanski - Two time COY in Cleveland is pretty incredible

Rich Bisaccia - A little surprised he didn't get the permanent Raiders job after getting them to the playoffs as an interim

Kubiak - Has the bloodline and Seattle was great on offense this year... I'd personally like a HC with some experience but if we go the coordinator route, I wouldn't mind this one at all

John Harbaugh - Rumors about he and the Ravens potentially parting ways. If available, he's my #1 choice.

I'm not convinced Harbaugh will be available. But he would absolutely be the #1 if available. Hes the only D focused guy I'd even look at.

If we are to believe his letter from Monday, Arthur has realized that he's been too heavy-handed and that the POFO has final say on everything and everyone will report to the POFO, and he in turn will answer to Arthur.

This is how the structure should have been the whole time. No more Monday meetings and always looking over the shoulder of the staff. STAY OUT OF THE WAY! Sad it took him 25 years to realize this.

It's obviously the best strategy to stay out of it as an owner. But damn would that be hard. You own the team. You can basically play madden franchise mode in real life.

Edit: the woman who took over the Colts seems to be an absolute badass and is involved in a healthy way. Learning not meddling. But that's my view from 10000 feet
