That game was so important in so many ways, mainly we only have three starting pitchers to their 5, but what a win. That home run by Riley...
Fried is easily the player of the game.

Huge win. Didn’t think Fried would make it past the 4th inning after he had a 28 pitch first inning but he really settled down and pitched a gem. And the bullpen didn’t have to throw a lot of pitches. Couldn’t have scripted it much better...

Not to mention all the pressure is squarely on them! They almost have to win tonight with Kershaw.

Duvall out, Camargo in.
Also, Kershaw our with back spams.

Just saw the alert saying Kershaw out. Was initially excited but now I dunno. What’s info on Tony Gonsolin?

Typical Dodgers stud homegrown pitcher.

Well shite. Wondering how it impacts Braves hitting since they were gameplanning for Kershaw. Guess he was gonna be their game 3 starter so it’s kinda moot.

Also, wondering if Kershaw can’t go tomorrow either. If the Braves take the game today, they could be in serious trouble.

I would be very doubtful if his back spasms were enough to keep him out today. Game 4 would probably be the soonest is my guess.

Not a great start for Anderson

Not great, but not bad either. I’m glad he got out of that mess in the first with no hits or runs.

Much cleaner 2nd for Anderson.

Yep he pulled it together. I really like this kid’s potential. Stage isn’t too big for him.
