We leave guys open from 3 AND give up offensive boards. Why can't we at least do one or the other

We did that fricking double at the top of the key with Trey Thompson to all of easy dunks in the second half. We’ve been doing this same shite every game and every season and continually get burned by it.

When your big is 6'8 you pretty don't have a big. Garrod at 6'11 is the first real big with the right height needed, but he probably gone.

Gafford is a center.
All of those players are guards and 1 stretch 4, that is actually great size.

Chaney and Henderson aren’t guards. Neither are bigger than 6-8.
Embery is 6-3. Phillips around 6-6.
The rest Harris, Sills, Joe are all around 6-1, 6-2.

Chaney will play the 3 at 6'7-6'8. He is what the team this year needs unfortunately. His ball handling skills and inside out game while also being a force down low is just what we need at the 3.

What does it look like without that 6’11 because if you are counting on him next year you are probably going to be disappointed.

My comp for Chaney is like a Paul Millsap. Not sure we want him dribbling much.
Much more likely he plays the four in Mike’s system than three.
We will be three or four guards with Harris, Jones, Embery, Joe, Sills, Phillips, Hall.
4-Bailey, Gabe, Chaney
5-Gafford, Henderson
Garland is not likely to ever get medically cleared.

I see 3 all over him with his ball skills, very explosive with the ball on the move. Be shocked if that isn't where he plays most of the time similar to Hall this year.
I have heard Garland will be playing next season and it's not a question anymore so idk about that one. (recent info too)
