Well we won an NY6 bowl on Jan 1st and they played on Dec 29th so. I'll take the better bowl W.

you are literally incorrect go look it up The ny6 bowls:
Cotton
Rose
Peach
Sugar
Orange
Fiesta
With 2 of the sites being chosen as semifinal games on a rotation. These bowls get top selection after the playoff field is decided. The next best bowl for the sec is the citrus bowl and then the group of 6 bowls which I can’t remember all the names but it’s the Liberty, Texas, what was the Outback, gator, music city bowl and one more. Then if there’s another sec team that is bowl eligible they go to the Birmingham bowl. The cotton bowl is a better bowl than the outback and reliaquest which lsu is playing in on Monday. Hell do you think ole miss and Georgia are playing in lesser bowls since they’re playing today and not on New Year’s Day?

Cotton Is without a doubt higher on the pecking order than the reliaquest bowl.
