What's the deal with McFadden

I don't follow NFL but it seems odd that not only is he never given a touch but he's not even allowed on the field with the team. This is strange for a back who rushed for 1,000+ less than 2 seasons. Is there more to the story?

McFadden is old as Frick for NFL RBs. Maybe he has finally lost a step or two. His career was wasted in Oakland.

That's what I thought but it's hard to imagine he provides 0 value to a team down a RB.

If not for the whole Elliott situation, I think that he would have been traded to a couple of teams that had rb issues this year.

He's a numbers victim. The team is having to carry an extra lineman, and Rod Smith(the other rb), plays special teams.
