You have to do more than make the NCAAT one time in 14 years.
Also Arkansas has made the tournament twice since 2008. I'd be careful talking shite about SCar.

Correct, like I said earlier and will repeat for you again, I'd rather make the NCAAT yearly/regularly than make some miracle run and go right back to irrelevancy like South Carolina.

the idea being you have to reestablish that as the standard. we weren't in a good place when mike took over.
so yeah it's been 7 years and I wish he would do more in post season but realistically he's doing what we fired pelphrey for not doing.

Nothing is being established other than the fact that we're just another SEC team in an improved league. Oh we're gonna make the tournament? Great! So is about 7 other teams in this league. We still have great recruiting ground, one of the best home court advantages in the nation, and a shite ton of money and resources. I'm extremely confident we could drop Mike and immediately attract a top coach. The victim complex that has fallen over this program is sickening. There are programs that have been dead for decades that have made better hires and injected life into their teams multiple times just during Mike's tenure here. We're going to get left in the dust by this conference if we don't start looking for more improvement rather than being satisfied with this stagnation. Mike has a ceiling. 15 years as a coach and he's made the sweet sixteen twice and hasn't done so since Missouri in 2009. This isn't football. You can turn a basketball program around in 2-3 recruiting classes. Mike's a good coach that will get you to the tournament about half the time, but that's it. If you want more, he's not the guy. I want more and I'm not sorry.
