Mason Jones got the technical foul. He took the game over at that point. He's an emotional player, but he plays better when he's pissed off. He has a killer's instinct.

One of the best ball players in the country.

It was over when they decided to post this on their video board:

That was a stupid thing to put on the scoreboard just before the game starts.

Could also use some better graphic design on that thing.

Our guys talk shite but continue to play their game. TJD got too cocky scoring on a guy he has 5 inches on. Put Dro and Reggie on him...silence

It looks like something you would see on a 7th grade powerpoint slide

He had 16 points prior to Muss putting both in the game at the same time, afterwards he had 4 points the remainder of the game.

Remember the B1G football talk because all of their teams ran the power I while the rest of football was moving towards spread offenses and spread concepts?

That is where Indiana and the majority of the B1G are finding themselves in basketball. Big emphasis on post players, offensive rebounding, set plays. From the NBA down the emphasis is defensive rebounding and getting back to set up the half court defense, not crash the boards on the offensive boards, 3s or layups, not pound it out on the blocks for tough contested twos. Freelance make it up as you go using offensive concepts, not 50 structured set plays the opponent can scout, prepare to stop, and identify during games.

Still a good win, a good NET win, a good resume win. Just pointing out the display of future versus past on the court tonight.

Afaik Arkansas actually outrebounded Indiana on the offensive boards tonight. Mostly it was Chaney. Neither team got many offensive boards though. Even though I know we don't emphasize crashing the glass on offense it's still very nice to get some of them ever once in awhile.

You take them when you get them, but you don't try to give yourself an advantage for them by clogging the lane with bigs and emphasizing mid range jumpers from the guards.

12-9 in Indiana's favor but that is actually a big win compared to what the numbers said coming into the game.

They are a top 20 Offensive rebounding team on offense and top 25 offensive rebounding team on defense in regards to not allowing them. By the numbers we are one of the worst offensive rebounding teams in the country (for obvious reasons) but we kept it very close.

Big win in that facet of the game for us

Wow. They must have got a couple or three of those late. Late in the game Arkansas held a 1 rebound advantage in offensive rebounds. Either way, they did a good job there tonight.

I love watching this team play, but when the shots aren't falling the lack of offensive rebounds is a back breaker.

Big win overall for us. I thought that we'd come up a bit short in this game and I am thrilled to have been proven wrong.
