Alright. Let’s bring back all that optimism lost from Saturday. It brings mine back

Not that he deserves credit for making the right call at this point but at least it is still happening.

Saw that Yurachek was at the press conference. Maybe someone can correct me but is that normal for a weekly press conference like this? Seems like he isn't too happy either which is encouraging to see.

I don’t believe that’s normal so I’m sure Morris is feeing some heat.

Maybe I’m getting ahead of myself but I actually feel like we’ll blast CSU with Starkel our there. Seeing some of those throws he can make takes our offense to another level. It may be a 45-28 type game as I don’t think our defense will hold their offense in check but I think we’ll comfortably beat them now.

I was expecting this for sure, but fell much more relieved it is official. I've seen crazier stuff happen before.

Starkel needs to put Brandon Martin on speed dial in case Devwah starts acting like a bitch again.

The defense actually played improved Saturday, they were just gassed at the end of the game due to the inept offense in the first half and lack of time of possession. They need to improve on stopping the run.

Tried not to laugh at this but it did remind how terrible his demeanor was after that fumble that was mainly his fault. Hate to see that in a SR.

Bowl is still on the table with Starkel under center. Is that too much optimism?

I think it's possible. With Hicks we are a 3 win team probably. Starkel gives us a chance to see what this offense can look like.

We’ll beat the three OOC teams with Starkel at QB. We can beat UK with their qb out for the season. Possibly sneak another win in with a guy with elite arm talent

We will be better but everyone still needs to remember we only scored 1 TD against a terrible OM team in garbage time.

Def. going to pump the brakes on a bowl game until they prove otherwise.

Just an unbelievable amount of mistakes and poor play last week. It was brutal to watch.

So High School finally figured out who his best QB is ? Only had to loose any shot at our SEC opener for him to figure it out. Two years in a row this so called brilliant offensive coach can't pick out his best QB ? Seriously ? Sorry but he is NOT an SEC caliber coach. That play calling is almost laughable.

This is definitely a step in the right direction.

fun fact: the Arkansas offense scored just one less touchdown against Ole Miss that noted offensive wizard Mike Norvell’s team did at home the week before. Another fun fact, Memphis only had 3 more total yards.

Glad an American Athletic Conference team is the standard we're holding ourselves against.

Was never high on Norvell anyway, just saying Starkel at QB doesn't equal a bowl game.

We got absolutely murdered by a likely 1 win SEC team. If we continue to make the same idiotic mistakes and similar play calling against the rest of the league, we could have Tom Brady and it wouldn't matter.

I’m just addressing the Norvell homers on this board that think he’d magically fix shite.

He's Chad with a slightly better record and worse pedigree.

If he were winning 10,11 games every year there, I'd say we're onto something, but he isn't.
