Otis mentioned Donte Pimpleton from FSU as a possibility for RB coach since he worked with Briles. Coached Marlon Mack at USF, Royce Freeman at Oregon and Cam Akers at Florida State. Not a bad trio of RBs on his resume.

Justin Hill, Tulsa RB coach, is picking up some Twitter momentum.

Of course Otis Kirk would be pushing someone named Pimpleton.
Otis is a real life McPoyle.

Congrats on quoting Hutch.
It may be Cooper but why hasn't the U of A put it on their website?

ahhh, it's him... Been known for a while though.

DL coach is sounding like it’s gonna be Derrick LeBlanc, Kentucky’s DL coach. I’d say that’d be a solid pickup after Kentucky’s DL the past few years.
He coached at Henderson St and Arkansas Tech so has some familiarity with the state. Kentucky finishing up yesterday would make sense as to why it hasn’t come out yet.

I'm curious about the S&C coach. Really need to knock that out of the park.

They signed a hell of a DL class
Posted on 1/1/20 at 2:34 pm to gohogs141
Yea they did, if he is in fact the guy, it’s too bad they already signed. But gives me faith that he can recruit, I’m sure him playing a part in developing Josh Allen speaks volumes for recruiting

Ky coach as above...or one from a Florida team is what I heard. I'm not too worried about it. Pittman knows lines

You all got Odom, Briles and mizzous o line coach?
If Pittman is competent at all you all could wind up being a monster. You should have massive offensive and defensive lines with that staff

He's good. Our defense had not allowed 30 points for over a year until our bowl game the other day. Hope you all don't take him, that said he could wind up much worse places

Agreed.
Forget OC and DC, this is the one I've been waiting on. S&C is arguably the most important coach on staff, especially in the SEC.
I've said this ad nauseum on here, but Ben Herbert's shitty S&C program was the primary reason why Bert failed so miserably here, and our mind-numbing number of blown leads and second half collapses are largely at his feet.
Here's hoping that we get serious and open the checkbook for a quality hire with a modicum of SEC experience or familiarity.
