Repeatedly telling me you’re educated and understand math makes me think you’re not educated and don't understand math.
And yeah he’s not going to start writing article after article saying we need to fire the coach that early into the season. You have to take everything they say with a grain of salt, like Rev said, but in the walk and talks it was obvious he had turned on Morris by San Jose State just like 99% of the fan base.
Their articles are normally just fluff pieces that I ignore. I’m on there for the forum and recruiting pieces about who we’re currently pursuing.

Everyone is asking you to prove anything you’ve spouted out your man pleaser. You just say I don’t like what you said so you are wrong. Then you say lies lies lies. This doesn’t affirm my views of myself, you must be lying.
Provide a link, a stat, anything to back your point. You can’t or won’t do it. Then when people do, you screech and say why you so mad. No one is mad, no one is having a temper tantrum, except you.

I'm supposed to provide a link from a sportswriter about what goes on in the recruiting room on Razorback Road?
So if a 139 pound soyboy writes "Odom is bad" that's proof for you?

then again I'm a mongoloid, so...

This is what I spouted, from page 5. You didn't read it.

Asst coaches have territories
Jimmy Smith, RB coach, has Atlanta among other areas. If there is a linebacker in Atlanta we get turned on to, Smith and the linebacker coach both recruit that linebacker
The defensive staff evaluate film together with the defensive coordinator and they make a decision on whether to offer the linebacker. Ultimately if there is disagreement on who to offer the coordinator makes the call, unless the head coach overrules a coordinator
Sitting in on these sessions is how the youngest asst coaches learn. A young WR coach watches experienced coaches evaluate offensive linemen for instance, and he's wiser today than he was yesterday. Helps him make decisions himself as a coordinator later in his career
Guess who is not privy to any of this on any level? Trey shite stirrer Biddy and his ilk. All they do is stir shite up to generate clicks, and the sheep come running
Biddy puts out "recruiting ratings" on coaches and all the while doesn't know Jack shite

Was curious so I went back to watch this and within the first 3 minutes he says there is no excuse for this no matter what the roster looks like, no way he was defending Morris at this point.

good post
so if it was San Jose State, fine, and he had defended Morris for still a year and a half before that
he defended Morris for clicks, he did the 180 for clicks

gotta say Harry, If I had ownership of his part of the franchise... I would have done the same.
Hog fans are fanatical for a reason and rooting for any little bit of morsel of truth. There are some, SOME decent articles there again especially concerning the Basketball and Baseball teams. I really enjoy it. I hardly read Biddy's or Danny's tripe anymore.
as for the thread, I have NO control over that

I'm in disbelief that this thread has turned into 247, Biddy shite fest.
But damn, I'm here for it.
Carry on

Yeah not how I saw this going, figured someone would at least use logic and point out the error of my ways. Instead we got moronic mumblings from a person who ruins every thread he enters.
The one thing he said was well it’s not his fault and you can’t judge him for the biased rankings, that all the other schools who’ve won championships have done well in.
So lets blame him for actual stats from the year, no you can’t do that either because it’s not his fault.

I feel like harry is wrong here but I don't want to say that in a way that defends Biddy's dumbass.
Recruiting evaluation is only half the battle. It's like a good lead generation. It's only important if you've got a closer to being em home. You can compete and play spoiler with our talent level but if we want to win we're gonna need to get our top offers to sign with us on defense.

What am I wrong about? Coach in a certain territory gets a position coach involved with a kid in his territory, they both recruit the kid, unit (offense or defense) staff reviews film and decide to offer a scholarship or not, overseen by coordinators?
You disagree with that?

this place is just as bad as Hogville
maybe worse

Well then fire Odom and get someone better oh wait he was supposed to be one of the better DCs in the nation.
Odom is expected to have a tasty chicken salad sandwich just using chicken shite as ingredients. He is using the players he has in the secondary because that is all they have. But transfers, graduations and injuries have halted any type of progress. The secondary hasn't been good since Sam has been here but it was also one of the weakest positions when Sam got here. The only bright spots were Slusher and Catalon, the rest were a liability.
The secondary had average depth until the injuries and now it is in bad shape. The secondary was the weakness coming into this season but focus was put on the defensive line when it was stout with juniors and seniors.

Our LB's are legit.

How many years does he need? 5? 10? This is the excuse of everyone when they like a coach, needs more time. If this was year 1 or 2 I can see having a problem but in a room of 21 recruited players we can’t find anymore than 6 competent ones to put on the field? And if 2 get hurt, we just hope and pray?

Everything in front of the secondary is legit.
He has even piecemealed together a line that gets after it, after most thought it was lost during the two recruiting periods. I want to know why he can’t do that when we have 15+ scholarships for our secondary?
