I might have to start being nicer to you.
I'm happy where I am, but I certainly wouldn't mind more money if it happened to work out from a work/life balance.

This is turning into a good thread.

I've always been involved in banking, but never from a lending perspective. One of these days I'm tempted to uproot and try to get started in commercial lending, just knowing the earnings potential.

I currently work in ERP development doing customer support and implementation. I'm looking to branch out into some kind of consulting or possibly work doing some kind of financial analysis for someone. I may be able to offer jobs to people with business degrees within the next few months if i stay with my current firm

I run a couple of blueprint shops in NWA. I will be hiring in Jan or Feb 2013 for a position in my Fayetteville office as a production worker. It only pays 10-12/hour to start though. There is a chance to make up to around 14-15/hour max.

If you know of anyone looking for work that is dependable and knows their way around a computer let me know.

Also, I have a good bit of Mgmt. experience in Printing(8 years) and Distribution (10 years)if anyone is looking to hire.

<--------- Marketing & Communications

I just made a slight zig zag in the whole career path, so I don't know that I can help anyone out right now, but I'd be willing to try. I have lots of connections in the wireless industry. Just moved to the healthcare industry.

Today's my two week anniversary on the new job!

BTW if any of you are currently students with high GPAs studying physics, biology, or maybe engineering, and you are interested in potentially working in the healthcare industry, let me know. There is a small medical profession that is flying way under the radar and has an extremely good median salary. You only need to do 1 year of school after you get your bachelor's.

I have about 12 years of Sales and Marketing with a little finance thrown in for good measure, I Have done inside and outside B2B sales, Sales Management and General Management in both Tangible and intangible products. Let me know if anyone has a lead on something decent please. If not I may have to settle for the car business again or something.
Thanks as always WPS!

I know several people in the pizza industry here in Little Rock.

Stonehog, where in TV did you work? The last place I did time in looks like it's going to be shuttered soon.

I'm looking for a new job in the Little Rock area if anyone knows of a company looking for someone with Sales/Marketing experience, graphic design/advertising experience, or web/media/printing experience.

I'm sick of retail. I need to actually feel like I'm valuable to the company that I work for.
