They have the same thing in common. It's not a debate at all.

Is it that much worse than Bert's? For being this stand up, all academic, great guy, a shite ton of players have left the program.

I honestly don't know, but if I found out it wasn't, it would kill the narrative and fun I was having.

I actually think over the course of 2 years petrino lost like half of his recruits due to a bunch of reasons.

We basically were playing with 3 recruiting classes instead of 4 when Bert got here, also most of the big time players were the ones that didn't make it here, or didn't pan out.

Now on the other hand, who all has Bert really lost? That juco DT from this last class. We didn't get that one guy his first class. Peavy transferred, we lost a rb, a D linemen to injury that ended thier time here, we lost a DE to being an alcoholic or something, a rb to his personal life issues. We had a few other recruits transfer because they were not getting playing time/buried on depth chart. Also a wr who didn't want to go to class.

Honestly now that I really start listing it out it's getting like 10+ over the last 5 years, that us half a recruiting class right there.

It isn't as rapid as petrino was over 2 years, but it's been significant enough. We lost basically every Randy Shannon recruit almost. Is what it is i guess.

Why waste energy debating one coach that will never be here again and another that will soon be gone?

Let's debate whether the Mullet or Blake Anderson is better for the program.

I don't want Blake Anderson but damn the Red Wolf meltdown would be entertaining.

Why would he go to a dirty program and try to clean up a shite show mess of an athletic department, likely with a ton of sanctions?

Winning doesn’t seem to be a priority for him and he apparently loves shite shows.

Casey Dick's stats under Nutt vs. Petrino:

2007- 150/262 57.3% 1695 yards 18 TDs 10 INTs 126.6

2008- 205/357 57.4% 2586 yards 13 TDs 14 INTs 122.4

Dick threw for more yards under Petrino but that's about it. He improved his completion % by .1%.

He had a higher passer rating under Nutt.

He also threw for more INTs than TDs under Petrino ----something that hasn't been done since 2008 by a starting Razorback quarterback.

Petrino did not do anything special with Casey Dick at all.
