yep... and have 7 wins. Which before the season, most fans would have been thrilled after the last two years...

But only the "not real" fans...

I do think he's too soft on the players in terms of expectations. We appear way too comfortable with failure. I also have major issues with personnel choices. People say NIL/boosters don't have a say in that but I have my doubts

Lowered expectations IMO is a sign of a weak coach. Not fixing your specific position in 5 years but overpaying 2 QBs is your fault.

I’ve been saying we would go 7-5 and he would get extended and HY would come out and pretend the Liberty Bowl was a major accomplishment.

People aren’t happy because it should be 9 wins, but sloppy body has lowered expectations and isn’t the demanding coach it takes to win 9+ games consistently, but we are paying him like he is.

I wouldn't count those wins till the clock hits 0.

There was no reason this year that 6-6 wasn't the floor. The ceiling was more like 8 or 9.

This is the real problem this is an up year for Pittman not a rebuilding year.

Arkansas isn't beating Missouri.

Arkansas should be worried about getting up for Tech.

The schedule for next year is another tough one.

At Ole Miss.
At LSU.
At Texas.
At Tennessee.
At Memphis.
Notre Dame.

Going to be tough getting to six wins.

Well that isn't good but don't worry we will send more players to the NBA than ever before. That is what is most important.

We could do okay, not great, but okay... but we will need consistent play on both sides of the ball. That is a concern because that is one thing we haven't pulled off in years. Well, unless you count consistent crappy play under Chad.

Bert, on the rare occasions he was sober, could pull off a few games in a row playing well. Pittman seems to have trouble with that. If we continue to play unevenly next year we probably don't make a bowl and I think the Pittiman era is over.

He was beat out by Little and handled kickoffs only. He only had one year of eligibility when he came to Arkansas.
