What the fricking hell is their damn approach at the plate this last chance inning??? Let obvious strikes right down the middle go? Are they trying to get the pitch count up or something?? Good lord this team is straight garbage

Scored one run in the tournament without the HR... And it was on a wild pitch

Glad they were worried about calling out 10% of the fans for being bad
But I've got to say, over 10% of this team is bad

Kinda hope his comment about it being difficult to play here doesn’t hurt recruiting in the future. I know it comes with the territory in the SEC but we do have some dumbass fans on Twitter even after wins. Getting pissed is one thing but going after every little mistake a player makes after every game is not constructive. Even read where pro players have grown to hate the game because of it

Doubt it, he is bitching over nothing. If this team is collapsing over a few mean tweets then they need not show up for a regional.

The baseball team could learn a thing or two from the ladies such as hunger for success and not giving up.

Agree - delete it. Seems to usually work well for the Bama fb players that do it. I know that their fans are way worse to their players when they aren’t happy.

Honestly, despite the meltdown that’s occurred the last 2-3 weeks, we could still have hosted a regional…..if our scheduling wasn’t pure garbage.
We played one team with a pulse prior to SEC play. We beat several teams in SEC play that had a pulse, so had we scheduled some decent non-conference we would have won some and lost some, but RPI wouldn’t have been shite.
Terrible scheduling stole a home regional. DBU lost their tourney today, but will still make the field because they scheduled good non-conference games.

Not really the entire schedule is the problem. DVH needs to be more selective on the early season tourney. That group of teams outside of Stanford was trash. I believe he commented that we wouldn’t play there again.
Last years schedule was propped up by Texas, Texas Tech, and TCU in Arlington. A home game midweek against OU was nice, but wasn’t a needle mover.
