They aren't awful just overrated. If they don't watch it then they could be not only out of a national seed but paired against some opponents that could make this an early exit in the regional.

I think it's more than fight. Something is really off about this team and hopefully a reporter or two will get down to business and ask some questions.

Before anyone gets the wrong idea, I'm just calling it like I see it. I'm not down on Dave or our program, but, at this point in the season, I don't see us getting out of our regional. We're just not that good and we've been spoiled the last 4 or 5 seasons.

No edge, no tenacity, it's like someone got into their heads and they can't recover. IMO you can't blame it on struggles and pressure to perform for the draft.

Honestly I wonder if leadership is vacant because most of the "team leaders" are ones who have been here a long time but not the most talented. Maybe the grad transfers, players in draft eligible year and freshmen didn't mix.

Any teams with decent lefty pitching will knock us out very quickly.

This team just makes my stomach turn. No edge…. No fight… no swagger…
We talk crap about Tennessee all the time but I wish this team had that kind of edge to them.

This is a boring team and that has nothing to do with being spoiled but unlike years past, Arkansas had some interesting players that you could follow. Not this year, more of a business like approach than just enjoying the game.

Yeah we seem pretty even with vandy but they have gotten the breaks this weekend. No shame in that. They have top 10 talent just like us.

Starting pitching has carried us all year but has been shaky the last few weeks.

Vandy is better than this team, they just couldn't get it together until recently. This isn't the time of the year for pitching to show signs of being suspect.

IMO our starting pitching has overachieved all season and is now regressing back to the mean.

Last year our current Friday starter was a non-factor with only 9 appearances out of the bullpen and an ERA over 6, our Sunday starter was a wildly inconsistent spot reliever with a 5.09 ERA, and our Saturday starter was in high school.

Noland is having his best year as a player but unfortunately I believe he is regressing back to his old self again.
