Oh but he doesn’t have a clue what he’s doing. He doesn’t have any assistants announced meanwhile he, Craddock, Stepp, Fry, Mark Smith have been everywhere and getting help from Lunney and Allen.

Not only that, but it's making the rounds that he doesn't even have the desire to have defensive coaches. I think the plan is to have all 10 coaches on the offense, and then just have the "defensive players" yell at the other team's offense from the sidelines. I'm worried.

you folks sure like to crap on a person who has a differing opinion.

It wasn't that big of a deal to question. After all, this is the 1st year for early signing, he told the media and us that he would have the "Best DC in football", yet crickets...

If I were a D player, I would want to know if it was someone like Chavis or Grinch or Vegeboner...

It wasn't all that far fetched of something to discuss. I mean also have a thread worrying about "Do we have a Qback" blah blah... It is a discussion board. Geeze.

Love having discussions, that's why I'm here. Kind of hard to have one when it starts with the premise that the new coach doesn't have a desire to have a DC.

Why have zero defensive guys been hired and bareley even spoken about?

Its right there in the article you quoted.

quote:

“I think he wants to take his time on the defensive side of the ball and hire a great defensive coordinator and then work with that defensive coordinator to hire great position coaches.”
