Listen we all know kids want to go to the NFL and get paid but what if our NIL deals paid comparable
For example if 70k fans donated $20 to a "charity" who could then use those donations to pay a kid for his NIL. Seems like if someone loved their university it wouldn't be a big stretch to get the extra year out of them with that NIL money.
Anyways maybe we don't have to lose half our receiving yards next year.....
Take Jerry Jones for example as well, surely he'd love to have football players he could advertise with that were winning gamed and playing good football. Maybe help us keep players too.

If he's not projected to get to pick him up this year though, then this is s good way to delay having to play him and get another chance to snag em.

Unless you are a guaranteed can’t miss 1st rounder, I can see you coming back.

What kid would choose to stay and risk injury for NIL money when they could go pro and get the big contract and endorsement deals?

quote:I believe that issuance is available to them for this possibility. As I recall, a player is insured based on projected draft, with premium coming out of the future signing bonus. If player gets hurt, and his stock falls, then the insurance pays out and premium not collected. I saw something on this several years ago, but it may have changed now, or got some of the details wrong.

You could set yourself to have the option of another year with degree and a millionaire potentially from insurance and NIL money, you get all the records at the school, and if all goes well you still go to NFL maybe even higher in draft.
