Why anyone would eat commercially raised chickens is beyond me, its killing folks.
FDA admits that 70% of US chickens contain cancer causing arsenic
3-Nitro® (Roxarsone) is an arsenic-based animal drug, manufactured by Alpharma LLC, a subsidiary of Pfizer Inc. It is approved to help prevent coccidiosis when used in combination with certain animal drugs. Coccidiosis is a parasitic disease that infects the intestinal tracts in poultry and can lead to death in poultry. 3-Nitro® is also approved for weight gain, feed efficiency and improved pigmentation in chickens.

What does it really matter?
We are guaranteed only two things in our lives, and that is death and taxes.
There are a shite ton of other things that can kill you besides chicken.

It's kind of cute to watch you talk about stuff you have no clue on.
You realize how common arsenic is in all farming right?

Your obsession with Tyson Foods is one of the strangest things I've witnessed on the internet.

I think I am going to grill some Tyson chicken breasts tonight and smoke an entire Chicken Fryer tomorrow.
Ill even inject my own shite into the fryer tomorrow to speed my death along.

You seriously started another thread because the other was anchored?

You know, while I chuckle at your posts for the most part, the anti GMO and organic movement is a fricking scourge on mankind right now.
You know what contains trace amounts of arsenic? Everything.
We've had "golden rice", a rice hybrid that contains Vitamin A, ready to go for nearly two decades now to reduce the horrible effects of a Vitamin A deficiency in third world children and its still blocked despite passing every test with flying colors.
Farm to table is better might very be true... if the planet's population was only a few billion smaller then it actually is.
Europe and North America can afford to drive the price for food up to satisfy our craving for organic food that is more likely to be laden with all sorts of horrible diseases. The rest of the world can't.
Go have a Chipotle burrito and shite your guts out for a few days.
I know you are trolling and you will spin this off but damn dude, are you really championing fricking over the rest of the planet so you can feel morally superior for eating farmed raised chicken?

It doesn't if you don't care about your local organic farmer that doesn't inject the birds with all kinds of stuff from cancer causing arsenic to human anti-biotics.
Just trying to support all of us local Arkansas farmers and chefs.

Yes, we as consumers have a choice to buy good food from our local neighboring farmers or the bad foods that are commercially produced.

Not just Tyson, most commercial producers are putting out horrible products

Not a troll, just putting out info to both help our local farmers and to inform my fellow Razorback fans.

Nice, I guess.

Yes, old thread was too long and needed anchoring, and had this additional info to let my folks know about.

Are you also going to tell them the FDA found the levels to be so low that they do not pose a health threat?
Edit: or bother to tell people it has been off the market and unusable for 4 years?

Annoying the shite out of people by starting these threads is a pretty shitty way to garner support.

Where should I get my chickens? Don't think I can raise them in the city.

Simple, if a food safety thread bothers you, don't click it or reply, it will die on its own.

We aren't alone, people just salty that I included "Tyson" and it pulls at their guilt strings.
Oh well, my work isn't done. Time to ramp it up.
