DJ Williams wants a shot at interim TE coach, so why not bring in the best Hog of all time as the RB coach to go with Lunney as your interim HC.

Hell, what could we lose? It would be a cool 3 week experiment at least.

DMAC also said Arkansas needs to focus on Arkansas in recruiting and Arkansas recruits need to stay in state it being best for everyone them and and program.

Paraphrasing.

RB coach is basically a recruiting position so why not, fire Craddock today and bring him and Williams on, if nothing else they and Lunney can convey what it means to be a Razorback.

Does Matt Jones have any eligibility left? This team could use him.

I'd love to see McFadden (or either one of these two) get involved in any capacity they could to help this team. And I know that they would if they could.

He is right, this is the key for us to succeed, this is what Nutt did very well and it was very success.. and not because of McFadden.

Basically, you need Arkansas young men to make up the core of the team.. they may not be your super stars but they are the ones that when the going gets tough, they are going to bring it. It's another way of saying that for Arkansas to get it's heart back, it needs Arkansas players on the team.

I think if I were Lunney I'd bring in every former successful player I can get my hands on, and maybe even the "big names" from some of the other sports.

Not to be interim coaches (in most cases, DMAC and DJ would work), but to just remind the guys of what it means to be a Razorback and the tradition behind it. Let them each have a speech and then spend the day hanging out at practice.

This could even work by bringing in kids currently with the other sports. Bring in the ladies soccer team to talk about how they just won a championship at Arkansas, or some of the baseball players from the CWS. Basketball players can talk about sticking it out through a coaching change and seeing improvement. All sorts of possibilities.

We need to do everything possible to keep the transfer portal from opening up like a black hole and swallowing the next couple years of our program.

Yep. DMAC, and DJ need to come on in, and try to hold this together.
