We fired Nutt after an 8 win season.

I'm honored that my opinion is the one that keeps you up at night

I'm real simple, if you lose I want you gone, if you win and I can see progress, I want to give you more time, minus the outliers

I was livid about Goober Pyle, an outlier, on Day fricking One. Why? Because it was a terrible hire from day fricking one. Go back and check my posts from the day Goober Pyle was hired.

Every situation is different.

I wanted Nutt gone after the Independence Bowl in 2003, another outlier, because we had one of the most talented rosters in the SEC and couldn't piss a drop. I've only posted this about 20 times on here. And what happened next? Nutt had two losing seasons in a row, which made Jim Lindsey so happy because then he could jump in and start rolling his dick around in the pie and stroke his own ego.

No you're not

I'm glad we won because we ended with a winning record. I rooted for us to lose to LSU in 1997 so we could get rid of Danny Ford, with a losing record.

It's amazing how many of you cannot do simple math, and ironically, run around like whining girls who can't do math

Upvote for best comprehensive response to this additional Hog fan “debate”(that isn’t a real debate) regarding the holistic grading of our football coach and coaching staff.

You should never change your gameplan.

Stop worrying about what MIGHT go wrong, have confidence in your players, scheme, coaches

Our gameplan and strength of the team IS running the ball though. And does Pittman not have confidence in his team thinking they’re good enough to just run it down the defense’s throat at will? Seems like that does show a lot of confidence thinking we can put it away without having to get fancy.

I guess it’s just him being an OL coach but he probably wants us to be able to pound them into submission no matter what the situation is. Kinda like that 2014 Texas Tech game, we had a similar strategy but they just couldn’t stop us on the ground.

I am.

I don't want the dude fired. He knows OL, he recruits well and recruits "football" players, he understands our idiot fan base and he's not a flight risk whatsoever.

I simply want him to quit doing stupid, 2 digit IQ shite in the middle of games that is super correctable. That final drive with 3 timeouts and a minute to play was mickey mouse shite.

Wish list below:

1) Punt the fricking ball more than 30 yards.
2) Quit having a major frick up on special team EVERY SINGLE GAME
3) Wear some spanx or something because I can't take my eyes off his bust

Are any of those requests too much to ask for?

I don't understand the folks who consistently mention the "25 points" but in the other breath also say the refs were horrible. The refs were a massive reason they got 25 points.

My friend, I wouldn't call that a melt.

It wasn't a fumble, There were massive holds, and pass interference calls missed on Kansas, and that was definitely not targeting.

Take just half of that away and we win by 20.

You have a right to discuss and be irritated by our ST's snafus all season.

And we all have a right to bitch about Pittman calling off the dogs, attempting to run out the clock with our Defense, and our Oline.

But Briles was magnificient in this game until Pittman told him to slow it down and run, 3 times. I saw it up close 5 rows from the field, 40 yd line on our side.

This was on Pittman, yet that doesnt take away him having a depleted team in many ways, coaching and training the youngsters up, and them playing with incredible heart. THis is a win for those youngsters and our coaching staff overall.

But now, FIX the stupid ST snafus, and Let Briles run the dang offense. Get his big ole butt recruiting.

It was an incredible game to see in person. Loved it!

This game showed that a depleted team like Arkansas still held a significant talent advantage over Kansas. Props to sam for taking these bowl games seriously unlike others in the past.

This was the worst officiated game that I have ever seen in a football game. I think once Arkansas started blowing them out, the officials began showing them more sympathy to Kansas and allowed them to get away with things that they shouldn't have. It wouldn't be shocking if a VIP individual talked to the head ref to do something about this 38-13 lead because ratings are suffering.
