I can't disagree. I work in the tech industrtry and my first challenge is hiring a qualified individual. My second challenge is getting them to show up for work. This is in NWA mind you. Ok hog can prob back this up.

It's near impossible to stay fully staffed with competent developers.
This at 3 Fortune 500 companies in NWA. KC is basically offering a throne to them... they want it bad and meet most requirements. Between KC and Dallas IMHO.
