Little Rock needs to get its school districts out from under the desegregation nonsense, and break up into 2-3 school districts. They waste so many resources for no gain. Little Rock should have a couple of big, nice, new high schools comparable to the big high schools in NWA.
NWA's highway infrastructure is out of date, but the freeway is getting better. It is a total travesty that the 412 bypass, which has been discussed for at least 30 years, still isn't built. You have a metro area of 550,000 people, mostly in two counties, and there's one north/south freeway.
That's just shitty state planning.
