We went 3-23 from 3 in that game and still one. That tells me way more about UGA than it does us. At least we hit a better percentage on our FT's.

But, pumping a little sunshine on this rained out parade here... How did we do it? Toughness, Grit, and Rebounds. Rebounds man, against one of the better SEC rebounding teams.

I was surprised at the last part.

Free throw shooting is how we did it. 29/34 85% for what has been a bad FT shooting team.

Free throws.

They actually initiated contact and made the refs blow the whistle instead of crying way at the last minute and missing a layup.

They got to the line more than the opponent for the first time this season and made a winning percentage of the FTs.

They crashed the boards which forced the refs to call fouls.

29 of the 68 points came from the line.

33 points were second chance points.

6 points were first opportunity field goals.

They basically played Muss ball without the iso.

We played hard in the second half. I don’t know why, but it was good to see.

We were playing Georgia. They won’t go deep in the tourney to say the least.

That said…if we continue playing hard…win or lose…I’m ok.

They have lost their last 3 games by a combined 103 points.

Somehow, Auburn and Missouri are worse.

It is kind of maddening.

I know most dont care about womens basketball, but having a daughter who plays and loves everything Razorback makes it kind of suck. She is younger, so things could change by the time she is ready to choose a school, but we have a couple of girls being recruited heavily on our schools varsity team who openly expressed interest in going to Fayetteville a year or so ago.

I don't think the interest is there much any longer from those two, which is a shame. And yes, Neighbors did offer them both.

If we don’t fire the coach from a sport that makes the majority of all our money in Pittman, then why would we fire a coach in a sport who brings in no money?

If Arkansas doesn't fix Ladyback basketball, OU is always an option.

Why are we derailing threads to shitpost off topic?

This thread is getting too long and turning into a season long one anyways and those are not allowed anymore so it is being locked.
